BDyana is a multivendor marketplace. Products are sold either by BDyana or by independent third-party vendors. Vendors are responsible for listing accuracy, pricing, product quality, and fulfillment of orders.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or pricing errors are suspected.
• Payment methods include those displayed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, mobile banking, COD).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed during checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy (posted separately) governs returns and replacements. Some items (e.g., perishable goods, personal care products) may not be returnable.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and BDyana policies.
• Vendors are responsible for product authenticity and safe packaging.
• BDyana reserves the right to suspend or remove vendor accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes, spam, or malware.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of BDyana or third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on BDyana.com—including logos, designs, text, and graphics—is owned by BDyana or its licensors and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

BDyana is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product in question.

10. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.
