At BDyana.com customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you may submit a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery through your BDyana account or by contacting our support team.

For electronic appliances, mobile phones, or devices that develop issues after use or beyond the return window, customers are advised to check whether the product is covered under the Seller’s Warranty or Brand Warranty.

1. Valid Reasons for Initiating a Return

• Change of mind (only for eligible categories).
• Defective or malfunctioning products.
• Incomplete orders or missing accessories.
• Wrong item delivered (size, color, model, or expired).
• Product does not match the description or images.
• Incorrect size or color.

2. Category-Wise Return Policy

Phones & Mobile Accessories

• Change of mind is not applicable.
• Returns accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
• Used items are not returnable.

Mobile phones may only be returned if they are Dead on Arrival (DOA). If the phone has been activated by inserting a SIM card or connecting to Wi-Fi, customers must contact the seller or brand warranty provider directly.

Fashion & Lifestyle

• Change of mind is applicable.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with tags intact.
• Used items will be rejected.

Non-Returnable: Custom-made items and fine jewelry (gold, diamonds, gemstones).

Home Appliances & Electronics

• Change of mind is not applicable.
• Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.

For device issues after use or outside the return period, customers should rely on seller or brand warranty services.

Beauty & Health

• Change of mind is not applicable.
• Returns only if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.

Computers & Accessories

• Change of mind is not applicable.
• Returns accepted only if the device is Dead on Arrival or damaged.
• Warranty claims must be handled directly with the seller or brand once seals are broken.

Non-Returnable: Software products and digital licenses marked as non-returnable.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by BDyana or the seller. Processing time may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment method used. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
